FUSHA Co., Ltd. (富舎株式会社, “FUSHA”, “we” or “us”) explains below how we handle personal information through fushacorp.com and related project enquiries.
1. Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address, phone number, company name if provided, message, and information included in subsequent correspondence.
Our website providers may also process technical information, including your IP address, browser and device information, access times and security signals, to deliver and protect the website.
Please avoid sending unnecessary medical information or other sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
2. How we use information
We use information to:
– Respond to enquiries and understand your project.
– Arrange meetings, prepare proposals or quotations, and discuss related services.
– Manage correspondence and project administration.
– Protect the website, prevent spam and address misuse.
– Meet legal obligations and handle complaints or disputes.
An enquiry does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails. We obtain consent for other uses where required by law.
3. Service providers and disclosure
We use the following services:
– Webflow, Inc. — website hosting and enquiry-form processing.
– GMO Internet, Inc. (Onamae.com) — email services.
– Cloudflare, Inc. — website delivery, security and Turnstile bot protection.
– Google — Google Fonts and hosted font-loading resources.
Website display and security services can receive technical request data; they do not all receive the contents of your enquiry. Providers may use subcontractors to operate their services. Cloudflare and Google also describe their own processing in their privacy notices.
We limit disclosure to what is necessary for the stated purposes. We do not sell personal information or disclose personal data to unrelated third parties without consent, except where permitted or required by law. We are responsible for appropriate provider selection and supervision.
4. Processing outside Japan
Webflow states that website end-user data is stored in the United States. Cloudflare and Google operate international infrastructure, so technical information may also be processed outside Japan, including in the United States. Processing locations can vary by service and routing.

We will meet applicable Japanese requirements for overseas processing, including any required information, consent, contractual arrangements and ongoing oversight. This policy does not replace any separate consent required by law.

We take necessary and appropriate steps to protect personal information, including limiting access to authorised people, protecting accounts and supervising service providers. Information about our safeguards is available on request, except where disclosure could compromise security.
We retain information for as long as needed to respond to enquiries, consider or administer related projects, meet legal requirements and resolve disputes. We review the need for retention and delete or anonymise information when it is no longer needed.
6. Cookies and website protection
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for delivery, security and abuse prevention.
Cloudflare’s _cfuvid cookie helps distinguish visitors who share an IP address for rate limiting. It is a security cookie, rather than an advertising cookie, and was supplied as a session cookie in our latest website check. Browser settings can affect how long a session cookie remains.
Our enquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to identify automated traffic. It processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information and interaction signals. Google-hosted font resources receive technical request information when loaded.
You can delete or restrict cookies through your browser settings. Blocking security technologies may affect access to the website or submission of enquiries. If we introduce optional analytics or advertising technologies, we will update this policy and provide any required choices or consent controls.
7. Your requests and complaints
To request notification of our purposes, access to your retained personal data or relevant third-party disclosure records, correction, deletion, suspension of use or suspension of third-party disclosure, contact us below.
